When John gets booted from his team for a "breach of contract" Simon does his best to be professional, to welcome his new goalie. That's what good captains do. It's just a shame MacTavish is such an arrogant prick.

"Of course," Roach says, fidgeting with his host's hands. "This host was dead when I found it."

Sy’s whole body started to tremble with strike number eight, one hand gripping onto John’s trouser leg and the other fisting into the duvet as she kept her ass up in the air for him. She truly sounded like she was crying now, little sobs of his name leaving her pretty lips. “Daddy,” and “Please,” and “More.”
“So good for me,” John whispered, lifting the thumper up and counting out “Nine,” as he bought it down hard again.
Sy jerked on his lap, yelping loudly and dissolving into sobs again. She didn’t count with him this time, her voice too shaky and out of her control, and John couldn’t help feeling proud of himself for bringing her here, proud of her for not needing to tap out.
“Last one babygirl, you ready for it?” John asked.
Sy lifted her head to look at him, her dark eyes swimming with tears and her face that splotchy red that she seemed to think was ugly no matter how often John told her it wasn’t. She was a wreck. “Daddy~” She almost whimpered the word, her lips trembling and bitten plump. “I- I want-” she sniffled loudly, lifting one arm to wipe her running nose on. “Want you to hit me hard. ‘s hard as you can."
