Jonathan Harker invites catastrophe by falling asleep in the west wing and provoking the appetites of three voracious brides. When he does himself no favors by fleeing into the snow-blanketed night, rescue comes from a savior both savage and sweet. As his terror begins to thaw, Jonathan must decide whether to trust the fierce protector his vampiric host has become, challenging his understanding of danger and desire.

Summary
Alex works for The Gotham wish fulfilment foundation, which tries to grant the wishes of children with fatal or very lethal illnesses. One wish from a girl named Sarah triggers several wishes from others who want to meet villains like Catwoman, Mr Freeze and The riddler. Alex feels it's his duty to grant these wishes, and he will do anything to make them come true.

Summary
Fleeing the Balrog and Orcs in Moria, Legolas Greenleaf is shot down with an arrow. He dies upon the bridge, unaware of the fates of his Fellowship, and wakes up moments later with the intention of finding his mother, escaping the Halls of Mandos and re-joining the War of the Ring. This would be a lot easier if he was actually in the Halls of Mandos however, instead of at Losgar as the Noldor arrive in Beleriand from Valinor for the first time.
