The symptoms that FEMA publishes are unreliable. Very unreliable.
For example: the widow has red, bloodshot eyes like a Visitor. But it's because she's constantly crying and doesn't sleep! As Bar guy said, does being a gardener and having dirty hands mean you're a Visitor?
And as such, surely there's a perfectly rational explanation for your red eyes... and perfect white teeth... and the fact that you cannot for the life of you recall ever having a basement...

Summary
In this universe, Damian Wayne is not raised in the League of Assassins. Instead, he grows up with the Wayne Family. He grows up alongside all of the bats, shielded from vigilantism and violence. With everyone holding the hopes that maybe he could have a chance at a normal, happy life.
But, on Damian's tenth birthday, over nine years after Talia gave him to the Waynes, the League of Assassins returns to take him back. And his family— despite all of their best efforts— are too late to save him.
The League spends the next four years shaping him and crafting him and manipulating him into the weapon he was always supposed to be.

With your hermit-like life, it's not a surprise that when an apocalypse forcing you to interact with your kin hits, you have a hard time adjusting. The only thread tethering you to humanity is your neighbour's daughter, a lone survivor after a fire swallowed her home. You'd give life for that little girl, out of everything, she's the only one that matters. And when FEMA comes knocking, demanding ''test subjects'', you learn that sacrifice buys time. One body at a time.
Unfortunately, your luck runs out one night when a FEMA officer demands two and isn't willing to leave without them. Lucky for you, and despite your withdrawn nature, you seem to have an ally on the other side, willing to go to great lengths for you. -
