Veronica glanced back, watching Cata leave. A part of her wished she would stay.
But how could she? How could she expect her to stay, to help, to offer her support? Especially after everything, after she pushed her away yesterday, after realizing Cata is practically the entire reason this is happening in the first place? She knows Cata would help her, if only ‘her’ wasn’t *her*.
She wishes she was someone else, someone who never hurt her. Maybe someone she loved. Maybe someone who never knew her at all.

“You heard what I said. I hope he kills you.” Mike poked Will’s chest, making him stumble back.

This starts at Namsan Tower immediately after Gwi-Ma’s defeated and the girls are feeling really good... Surely that feeling would last more than a moment though, right?? Summary
Izuku's had Hanahaki for almost as long as he can remember knowing Katsuki.
He's able to deal with it well enough, it doesn't advance that fast and the petals remain relatively stagnent due to it being a chronic case.
His real problems begin to show up when he starts going to Yuuei, and he spends more time with Katsuki beyond them just arguing. When his Hanahaki starts to get worse, he begins to consider all of his options, beyond just letting it progress.

“I knew you’d come,” Izuku says with a huge grin, stumbling toward the car like he’s never been happier in his life. His voice is slurred, heavy, and too loud. “Kacchan!”
The door barely opens before Izuku throws himself into Katsuki’s arms.
Katsuki stiffens instantly, caught between letting him fall and instinctively holding him up. He chooses the latter, arms automatically coming around Izuku’s soaked frame.
“I missed you,” Izuku mumbles, face buried against Katsuki’s shoulder. “Should’ve invited you. Shouldn’t’ve gone without you.”
Katsuki’s heart does something traitorous.
