Hannibal’s fingertips stroked through Will’s curls again, to place feather-light caresses against the nape of his neck. Will shivered under his touch, breathed in deep, and fell forward, limp, face no longer tucked into Hannibal’s thigh, but into his groin, nose and mouth sucking in deep, long breaths.

Summary
A man walks up to Will Graham's door at six fifteen a.m. one morning and gives him a letter.
Soon he's in captivity and used as a sperm donor for Dr. Hannibal Lecter, a snake shifter nearing the end of his fertile cycle.
Hannibal is 'no longer in need of his services' when it's done and sends him home, but fate has its own ideas and soon they're stuck together fighting feelings they're unsure aren't caused by the eggs growing inside Hannibal.

“...No shouting, please?” Hannibal requested, and for a second, Will could do nothing but stare at him in awe. It was Hannibal, of course it was, but his voice was so strangely delicate, breathy and higher in pitch. It was distinctly like being spoken to by a polite child.
