“I did make a vow to that effect in the past,” Megatron agreed, pulling away with a grin, “of course, that was before I knew you would become one. If I had known, perhaps I would have phrased it differently. Now, why don’t you open your panels so I can show you why I’m on my knees for my Prime?”
OR
In a world where Orion became Optimus much sooner and somewhat against his will, he and Megatronus led a revolution together as conjunx endurae. After, while rebuilding Cybertron, Optimus Prime worries that Megatron won't be attracted to him in his new frame.

The "glad you’re home safe “- party on the Lost Light is in full swing. The engex is flowing, the banner has been repurposed again to near illegibility, the ship’s safely docked once again, and they actually managed to avoid any major intergalactic incidents.
Well, until someone discovers that their grumpy new co-captain has invited his conjunx! Naturally, there’s nothing wrong with imagining exactly what kind of mech he could have brought… Especially since there’s a handsome new guest to entertain, who’s waiting for his conjunx.----
“It’s not just that!” Rodimus said, outraged. His optics sparked furiously. “He banned our monthly dance-offs! I perfected my routine for two whole months! And ship’s morale was down by two per cent!”“I didn’t know that you were capable of using statistics.” Perceptor said, dryly.
----(Basically: Megs is grumpy for the whole mission because he misses his conjunx. Roddy and co. complain about him – not realizing that they’re complaining to said conjunx. Hilarity and copious amounts of fluff ensue).
