Summary
Jensen is someone you could call successful. Having graduated top of his class in Harvard, he now has an important position in the prestigious university. Not only that, but his name (or pen name in some cases) is on the cover of acclaimed books; he owns a posh apartment in expensive Boston and a pretty fancy car. At thirty-four, Jensen can say he’s pretty well set in his life with a fat bank account. And yet, the only thing Jensen craves is someone to talk to. Properly.
Having no friends, simply nobody to hang out with, Jensen resorts to hiring escorts so he can have conversations with other people. But even that doesn’t always work, since nobody seems to have the patience to talk to Jensen.
That is, until Jensen meets a particularly good looking stripper at a nightclub, who sparks something different in Jensen and seems to be quite peculiar himself, living in his own galaxy far, far away. And as odd as that seems, Jensen ends up learning that Tristan Jay may also be after the same thing as Jensen himself: someone who would just listen to him.

Dean Winchester was once of the best damn supernatural hunters in the world. He's also an Omega, and while the typical gender roles of society used to have him frustrated at the best of times, at least he was free; at least his choices were his own. Now the Seraphim have taken over things have changed drastically. Alphas command households and captured Omega are forcefully impregnated by their Seraphim Alphas. Dean didn't make it across the border with his brother. He's haunted by his near escape. Still, the coming of the Seraphim doesn't seem to be a case at all. Humans are just that crazy.
Or so he thought.
When Dean joins Castiel's household, things only spiral more out of control. Somehow as the Jacaranda blossoms fall in the garden, Dean falls against his better judgement for his new Alpha.

Dean's life is finally changing. After years of enduring Alastair's abuse, the alpha dies and Dean's married off to the next alpha the system pairs him with - Castiel. The man is strange and distant, but not exactly bad, and Dean's determined to be on his best behavior and not mess up the chance he was given. Soon enough, though, he fucks up anyway and has to call the alpha for help.
Castiel's lived his entire life without an omega by his side, and he was fine with that. He doesn't know how to proceed once he's suddenly married to a beautiful man who's obviously been through a lot. Omegas were always a confusing subject to him, so he tries not to interfere much - neither of them is there by their choice. But when Dean calls for help, he understands he's going to have to set some things straight and engage more.
