Nothing ever felt off between them. Just this one thing. Maybe Jan was being dramatic. But at the same time, maybe he wasn’t. Times like these, he really wished he could talk to someone who wouldn’t look at the situation in a subjective manner, but rather objectively. Math was quite objective. 1+1 was 2, no matter how you felt about it. Here, it wasn’t so simple though. Nace was an amazing boyfriend. There was just that one thing.

The music, the laughter and chatter, the cutlery scraping was reaching a deafening crescendo. The noise was swallowing him whole. He could feel his palms beginning to clam up, his whole body reaching a blistering temperature.
He was so familiar to jealously, it had morphed into such a normal emotion for Lando that its regularity began to rival feeling happy, or excited, or sad.
