Adversely, Himiko is desperate and angry, content with running from the past and herself, clawing her way towards freedom.
Izuku, afraid of his feelings and what he has become, hides behind duty and the endless desire to prove himself. Until everything he knows comes crashing down around him.
Ochako, an instrument to suffering, struggles with her place as a hero and a person, fighting for right in the wrongs of the hero justice system. She finds that the sins of society go far deeper than she thinks.

From having nearly his face broken and half his quirk ruined to save Asui, running all over the place during the Training Camp to make sure they were all accounted for whilst holding Kota, and even cutting off his own leg to keep himself alive and from losing his quirk. He was a no-nonsense man with a heart secretly full of love, care, and loyalty–devoting himself to never lying and pushing the class to be the best they could possibly be.
Katsuki never had any reason to not trust Aizawa. He dialed the number.
OR: Katsuki needs help because he can't wash his back with an injured arm. Aizawa is the best person available.

At some point, Izuku had to stop. Unable to help himself, his fingers loosened around the washcloth and his palm came to rest flat over Katsuki’s chest, right over his heart.
Thump Thump Thump, Katsuki's heart fluttered miraculously beneath his touch. It was a second chance Izuku didn’t deserve. His thumb hovered at the edge of his scar, where his pale, smooth, perfect skin gave way where evil had mercilessly shredded through. Before and after, separated by such an easy line.
He swallowed hard, his throat tightening around a cry, trying to ground himself in the fact that Katsuki was here, alive, that none of those scars had taken his Kacchan away from him. They only created new patterns on the beautiful body that Izuku would wash clean.

Aizawa immediately considered leaving. The conversation felt too private for him to be eavesdropping on, but then Bakugo sniffed again, turning his face farther away from Midoriya, and Aizawa couldn't quite bring himself to move.
There was something in the tone of their voices and the way they carried themselves that made it clear their argument, one that had evidently been escalating for some time, was finally reaching a peak. One conversation could make or break a relationship as intense and complicated as theirs, and considering Aizawa had become an unwilling participant in the middle of it, he wasn't about to walk away until he was certain they were both alright.

Izuku is perfectly fine and capable of nursing Kacchan back to health.
