“Happy,” he said, turning the paper over, then turning it back, squinting at it. “What the hell is this?”
Happy barely glanced up from his phone. “How should I know? I just drive you around, I don’t try to understand your designs. You’re the one who left it in the back of the car yesterday.”
Tony turned the paper towards Happy, tapping a finger against the scribbles in the margin. “I didn’t write that. I thought it, but I didn’t write it. What sorcery is this?”
“Oh shit, sorry,” Happy said, expression resigned. “I’m guessing the kid went through them when I drove him to school this morning. He has no regard for personal boundaries.”
“The kid.”
“Um— My girlfriend, she has a—“
“Your stepson did these calculations?”
“That’s not entirely—“

“Your reputation took a blow,” Pepper tells him. “Which will be fixed, of course. I’ve already set it up.”
“Set what up? What, am I going to make flower arrangements with the elderly?”
Pepper slides a piece of paper towards him. “Try an orphan. His name is Peter Parker. His biggest dream is to meet you. But…” She hesitates.
“But?”
“Apparently he doesn’t talk much. Sometimes not at all. Trauma-related.”
“A smart kid who doesn’t talk? Perfect combination. If only all my employees were like that.”

He froze in his tracks when a series of heavy knocks struck his door, and before he could answer—or even properly hide the blade somewhere—the door had already flung open, hitting the wall behind it with a loud slam. He found himself unable to move as a nauseatingly impudent gaze cut through him. Nobody other than Shadow Milk would barge into his room like this, completely uninvited. Turns out he had an audience all along.

Uhhh, I think the tags cover just about everything but I’ll just put the basic rundown here:
(SPOILER ALERT!)
Pure Vanilla and Shadow Milk get randomly teleported into a room together(just imagine a small room—average sized walk-in wardrobe—that has a lot of pillows, no doors or windows, and floating multicoloured orbs of light), there is a note on the wall that says they will be stuck there for two hours and their powers won’t work. They completely disregard the question of HOW they got there as they currently have a bigger situation to deal with(I think you can guess from the tags).Anyways I think that’s all you need to know, just saying this is my first fanfic and I’m sorry for any grammatical errors or wacky descriptions as my English is good(ish?) just not my grammar. Also, YES I proofread it but I still think the pacing is weird, soz about that!
btw, there's a fanfic suggestion at the end, i promise that any ShadowVanilla fan will LOVE it! 😉
