Envy slipped his own index and middle fingers into his mouth and sucked, lips tight, pulling them out with a lewd pop. “I know how to make you talk.” He eased Ed's leg up high, bending him forward, till his metal limb audibly strained. The other hand, wet and sticky, squeezed the soft flesh of his flank and he pushed that aside too, exposing the human’s erection and ‘nads, nosing down his happy trail. “I know how to make you howl.”

Envy’s lip twitched as he told himself to forget about it, at least for now. Today wasn’t about him, anyway. It was about getting Ed off, and giving him as requested: Envy the homunculus, not Envy his other half. Vicious, cruel Envy, before Ed had opened his eyes and showed him he was much more than that. The muscle, the barker, and the clean-up crew, depending on Father's mood. He tried not to flinch at the memories, the sound of Father easy to remember, brooding and cold. “Clean up, fix it immediately, and don’t come back until you do.” Even then, Envy’s foot twitched restlessly as he focused on his reflection.

Ilya nods. “I can house-sit while you are away. Make place pretty, if you have decorations. Make it less boring.”
Shane’s eyebrows fly up. “What? You don’t want to come with?”
Finally, Ilya looks up at him. Hesitantly, he asks, “You want me to come with?”
Frowning, Shane says, “I– yeah. Yeah, of course. You think I invited you here just so you could spend Christmas alone?”
Looking away, Ilya shrugs. “I am intruder here, Hollander. You have family. I do not. Makes situation… difficult, maybe. You forget the world thinks we are rivals.”
“Not difficult,” Shane says immediately. “You want to come, you’re coming.”

Two months.
