I haven’t decided yet.”
Dionysus stared at them.
Not a dramatic divine stare. Just the kind of look a very tired adult gives when a teenager says something so concerning they don’t even know where to begin.

The ferry incident, Mr. Stark taking his suit and not answering any of his calls afterward, and right after he got back to his apartment, something blew up and May died. He didn't know how it could get any worse from here.
He was afraid, so he ran. He tried his best to lay low but not even two weeks later, he had an encounter with a mutant girl who seeked to mind control him, but when she couldn't she questioned if he was like her. Before he knew it, he was being dragged all the way to Westchester to Xaiver's School for Gifted Youngsters.

At that moment a small girl appears from behind Peter, no older than six years as she hides behind her father’s baggy cargo pants, a stuffed animal in one arm as the other hand points at Frank.
“He’s scary…”
Any other moment, Peter would chuckle at the comment, but there’s this ghastly, disbelieving expression on Frank’s face that makes any laughter die in his throat.

The lie escapes before I can find my footing and fight myself for the truth, “I’m fine.”
I can tell that he doesn’t believe me, logically I know that I probably wouldn’t believe myself either, so soon more words, more lies, tumble out of my mouth, “I mean it, Frank. I’m fine. I am fine.”
He tilts his head, “Peter. Level with me here, man. I mean— Fuck, do I have to utter a pretty please with a cherry on top? Or cross my heart and hope to die and all that shit? What do you want from me?”

Gon was warm even through Killua's layers, and he couldn't deny that the weight of his head was comforting. The shorter boy fit perfectly in the crook of Killua's neck. His spiky hair tickled Killua's skin as he snuggled in further and wrapped his arms around the backpack on his lap.
Killua considered fighting this for only a split second before resigning himself to his fate. He put his elbow on the windowsill and rested his chin in his palm, watching the landscape go by in a blur. He drummed the fingers of his other hand on his thigh. He could feel Kurapika's curious eyes on him, and he tried his best not to blush, to act as if he were totally chill with Gon using him as a pillow. Because he was. He was totally chill. Why wouldn't he be?
