Summary
This series started from a simple idea that has become a popular theme since the release of the new Fantastic Beasts film.
Specifically, what if the Dursleys' abuse (which everyone agrees is canon, at least to some extent) led to Harry becoming an Obscurial. Given that jumping off point, I decided to explore the consequences of this notion. In this case, things kick off well before Harry reaches Hogwarts age with the emergence of the Obscurus in Part 1.Part 1: Unexpected Consequences is complete. It covers Harry and Sirius' initial reunion in 1985.
Part 2: A Tale of Two Letters is complete. It takes place six year later, in the summer of 1991, and covers the Hogwarts invitations and the realizations that come in the aftermath of those letters' delivery.
Part 3: Irregular Homecomings is complete. It takes place starting in the summer of 1994, and is the events of Goblet of Fire in this universe.
Part 4: Appendices are reference notes for the series. Each chapter is independent, and chapters are posting periodically.

Summary
In one world, the evil System Lord Ra was thrown off Earth by his rebelling slaves. Finding no way of destroying it, they buried what they believed to be the source of his evil in the eternal sands of Egypt, to never again release him into the world.
In another, the errant slaves were more successful in destroying it - using their primitive magics to shatter the ring into pieces. The desert buried the fragments of the gate in the endless sand, hidden beneath cover stones promising great danger and terror if they were ever removed.
But - as a certain Nox may say - the very young do not always do as they are told.
An attempt at truly meshing the canons of Harry Potter and the Stargate Franchise, rather than going the more common route of placing one character from either canon into the other. Gen, no bashing of any kind. Rating for safety, I'm unsure how graphic this will become (Stargate can be rather bloody at times).

Summary
Due to popular request, I am expanding my Curiosity story into a three part series (for now).
The first book is complete - Curiosity - and follows our Harry Potter character as he develops and grows from an almost 14 year old to 2012 where he meets the Avengers for the Battle of New York.
The second book - Wonderment - will follow his time with the Avengers and delving more into some of the plot from Curiosity that we didn't get to got into as much in the first book. This will be more world building and character/relationship development rather than action packed.
The third book - Phenomenon - will take us back to the quest set for our hero in the first book as we track down the remaining Infinity Stones and bring our story to a final conclusion.
That's the plan for now, but I'm open to ideas as I write.

Summary
On April 30th, 2018 the realm known by its inhabitants as ‘Earth’ was attacked by beings from across the universe. The attack continued on May 1st. This was quite significant in and of itself to a percentage of its inhabitants, as, as far as they knew, the first alien attack on Earth had been exactly 6 years prior.
To Life (and Death) this was also significant given that May 1st, was also known as Beltane (mirror to Samhain), celebrating Spring, Life (and fertility), and fire. (Samhain was a celebration of the dead.)
Needless to say Life (and Death) are not very happy to learn the high toll planned on the day celebrating them.
Death promised Life to do something about it. To realise he couldn’t do something himself, or appoint the task to his myrmidon of the universe, as she had apparently perished and was now formally constrained to Helheim, with no means of returning to the side of the living.
Plan B it was. Though unfortunately, Death didn’t (or couldn’t?) warn his ‘Master’ in advance.

Summary
An aerie is a recessed ledge on the side of a cliff. It is commonly chosen by birds to build their nests upon, due to the inherent protection they provide. Many migratory birds will return to the same cliffside so long as it has adequate aeries for the colony.
Humans also need a safe place to grow and build a family. They just go about it differently.
In the case of Tony Stark, sometimes "differently" is an understatement.
