Bakugou Katsuki is the best. Indisputably. Irrevocably. The best.

Summary
Itachi dies - both times- as he lived: trying to help Sasuke and falling horrifically short, while further traumatizing the poor boy in the process. His last thought as he is sealed away is that he had never done right by the person that is, in all the ways that matter, the center of his universe.
Then, he wakes up, cradled in his mother's arms, looking at the blurry faces of his parents, as Fugaku proudly names him Itachi.
He screams.

Summary
Dying was just another part of life, the scary part was what came after. So after an accident that was presumably fatal, she was terrified to open her eyes and wake up in a world that was supposed to be fictional. What do you do when you die and suddenly wake up in Naruto as a baby? Try to become the Mary Sue of course!
It's another of of those self insert stories, but hopefully not as bad as all the others. Spoiler alert, it probably isn't.

In the deep recesses of his mind, memories began surfacing slowly.
Incoherent, fragmented glimpses.
There was a name - Tanjirou - distant and unclear memories. An echo of a forgotten past. He was Yue Naoki and yet he wasn’t.

Summary
Uchiha Itachi nodded at the civilians and shinobi parents in greeting as he made his way through the open gates of the academy grounds. Itachi weaved through the bodies with ease and his onyx eyes gazed around searchingly for the trouble child. He heard him before he saw him.
“Shut the hell up! You’re all so annoying, you damn bitches!”
The silence descended on the clearing and Itachi sent his silent prayers to Amaterasu. His cantankerous and dour little brother stood in the center of the playground, sneering hatefully at a group of whimpering and sobbing fangirls.
Oh Kami, not again.
(Kujo Jotaro dies and lives again, this time as Uchiha Sasuke).

Summary
Todoroki Shōto, after the incident, woke up to the memories of his past life and decided that he would not be weak, credulous, or overconfident in his special abilities as everyone seems to do. NO, he, once called Haruno Sakura, will never make the same mistakes from his previous life.
What does it matter if in this world they are heroes and not ninjas?
Nothing and no one will stop him from reaching his goals.

Summary
Sasuke was already six years old, two years older than Itachi had been when Fugaku had taken him out to see the realities of war. It was past due he had this moment with his second son.
Unfortunately for Fugaku Sasuke does not let the reality of violence and death settle in his mind, steering him towards becoming an honourable shinobi. No, Sasuke sort of thinks it's bullshit and he's going to work to prove it.

Summary
Being reborn with her memories intact was pretty great. Being reborn into a world plagued by war was a little less great.
Being reborn literally decades before canon events fucking sucked.
Senju Tsunade wants what she was previously denied: a long, peaceful life, a family that loves her and a job that brings her purpose. Instead she gets life as a career killer, a family destined to die before she reaches adulthood and no job prospects that wouldn't include murder.
Awesome.
This story was tailored to create a believable romance for Orochimaru that neither redeems him nor portrays him as a toxic, possessive, obsessive monster. The first part of the story will focus on Tsunade to show how she becomes the sort of person that could have a relatively healthy relationship with someone like him.
The fic is COMPLETE.
UPDATE July 2025: I'm working on a podfic! You can find it here

Summary
To Zuko's great relief, his new family were not part of a cult. Instead they seemed to be rather normal; they were well-mannered, cultured, fire-breathing people who were very assured of their own superiority, and had a family history of insanity.
Zuko had never felt more at home.
AU Zuko-is-Itachi.
