Summary
Hyunjin lets his eyes fall closed, inhaling deeply to attempt to calm himself. He doesn’t need the oxygen—his lungs have long since stopped requiring it—but when he’s stressed, he finds himself repeating the same centering techniques he’d used in his own human years.
“Tell me,” Hyunjin grits between his teeth, eyes still closed as Jeongin whimpers, “that you did not imprint on a fucking wolf, Jeongin.”
A pathetic whine answers him, and Hyunjin shoves his hand away, pushing hard enough on Jeongin’s neck that he stumbles backward. Hyunjin’s eyes open as his fledgling falls, landing on his knees with a dull thud.

The new voice made him jump. He whirled around, eyes wide as he brandished his phone like a weapon. It was the most beautiful alpha he had ever seen. He dropped the phone.

"Wouldn't that ruin the surprise?" His eyes follow Hyunjin as he strolls to the side, picking up his towel with a sigh and patting at the beads of sweat still collecting on his skin. "Well, I'm happy to see you too, Hyunjin-ah."
He gets a whack from the towel in retaliation for that comment.

“He doesn’t smell like anything. I can literally see the shiny blocker on his neck,” he told him back then. “We use the same brand, and it’s pretty good.”
It left Hyunjin confused. He wasn’t able to pick up on Felix’s scent, and he also saw the thin sheen of scent blocker on him. Then why on earth did the smell of warm, sugary pastries still occasionally hit his nose?
He never brought it up to Jeongin. He chalked it up to the scent being too dear to him and his brain hallucinating it once in a while to either make him very confused or calm him down.
Or: Hyunjin is a model, Jeongin is his stylist. Hyunjin has been in love with him since forever... his wolf is decidedly not happy with their relationship being strictly "just friends"

Hyunjin startles at the question. His eyes previously hypnotized over where Seungmin was breathing Jeongin in, suddenly look a bit higher, probably to meet his gaze.
“He doesn’t smell,” he contradicts him. “He’s fucking scented, it stinks.”
Jeongin is so overwhelmed, Hyunjin’s scent radiating off him violently, Seungmin’s honey sticking to his throat like he downed a whole bottle of it, and he’s slicking, he’s getting light headed, he’s—
“Just scent me,” he proposes. He still feels the ghost touch of Hyunjin on his neck and in some twisted way he wants for it to happen again. It’s stronger than his heat creeping up his back, probably ready to hit late at night by how quickly he’s starting to burn up. It’s even more visceral than that. “Take it off me, if you hate it so much.”
‘I want to feel the softness of roses and honey on my skin,’ he doesn’t say but thinks.
Baked goods, honey, coffee and flowers are a good mix. Right?

They all had one thing in common: their petals were torn.
"Understanding," Hyunjin huffed, wincing as the next flower's petal tore apart in his fingers, staining the tips further and leaving behind a sticky residue. He grimaced, but let his expression soften when he looked at Felix.
"Understanding what?" The younger asked, tilting his head to the left.
Hyunjin paused, laying the flower on the ground gently. To love, he wanted to say, but he opted on smiling at Felix. "Many things. Which I wish I knew how to."

There was a saying, that folding bluebells inside out and handing them to your love was a way to gain eternal enamour.
