Summary
George knows that, on a biological level, he cannot get pregnant. He doesn't have the correct body structure.
That doesn't prevent him from longing to be filled and bred.
He knows it's just a kink. The actual idea of being pregnant makes him feel uncomfortable, both because it doesn't fit with how he identifies as a cis man, and because he can't imagine having to actually go through it. But still, he yearns to be, well, bred, to be laid down and worshipped lovingly and filled.
And he's sure Dream knows something's up. There's no way he doesn't. There's only one too many times George can longingly hold his stomach during sex, or hint at the idea of breeding, or beg Dream to stay inside him so his cum doesn't slip out. He just...hasn't outright said it yet.
Instead, he yearns and yearns and spends his free time spiraling into fantasies.

“George is like, Dream’s girlfriend or something,” Sapnap said, the rest of the Discord call erupting in laughter.
“You’re so stupid.” George huffed, leaning back in his chair with a pout that no one could see. He wasn’t streaming, but one of their friends was, meaning that the line would inevitably be clipped to hell and back.
The weirdest part, though, was that hearing the word girlfriend be used to refer to himself made George feel… something. He didn’t quite know yet. But it wasn’t a bad feeling, that was for sure.
“Aw, George, it’s okay. You can be my little girlfriend if you want.” Dream teased, before erupting in a wheezing laugh that was soon backed by the laughter of the rest of their friends.
“Whatever.” George laughed it off.
It was definitely not whatever.

“So what?” George responds, without much hesitation. “You have a lot more scars, and you’re a bit too thin to be healthy right now, but so what? I don’t care what you look like, Dream. I just care that it’s you.” He sounds so sincere that Dream almost feels dizzy.

Or: It’s been two months since Technoblade freed a broken Dream from Pandora’s Vault, and recovery is a difficult process. George has been with him each step of the way, and although they’ve managed to slowly fix the chasms between them, Dream still fears truly touching him. Perhaps all he needs is a guiding hand.
