Harrow didn’t like the sound of that huh. She knew Gideon’s noises, and that was a thoughtful, sinister huh. That was the same huh she’d made before putting canned tuna in Crux’s work boots.
Her eyes narrowed. “What.”
Gideon cocked her head to the side. “Is there a reason you’re waiting?” There was no judgement in the question— only genuine curiosity.
Perhaps it was this that made Harrow more inclined to answer. “I don’t have the time to look for someone new,” She shrugged. “And my available pool is… somewhat limited.”
“Well,” Gideon said, with just a hint of conspiracy in those glittering golden eyes. “If you ever want to change that, you have my number.”
What? What?
Harrow blinked. “What?”

“I’m gonna fucking kill her.” Catra shook her head, trying to wipe the stunned expression off her face. “I can’t believe she set me up on a blind date with a goddamn millionaire.”
“Yeah,” Adora said awkwardly. “Oops.”
“It’s—” Catra shook her head. “Okay, Glimmer aside, how would you paying for my tuition even work? I mean, we—we’ve only been on one date, and it’s not even over yet.”
“It’s a crazy idea,” Adora said. “I know. Just—just forget I said anything.”
Maybe it was the buzz of alcohol, or maybe it was the shock of finding out she was on a blind date with a rich person, but Catra couldn’t stop herself from blurting, “Well, I didn’t say no.”
A beat.
Adora blinked, looking up at her. “What?”
Or: Catra is a physics PhD student struggling to balance life, work, and loans. When her friend sets her up on a blind date, she doesn't expect it to be with the most attractive millionaire she's ever seen. They work out an arrangement.

Raelle hadn’t been sure how to broach the subject, considering Scylla had pulled her down to the bed by her shirt and made her forget how to form words properly before the two of them fell asleep out of pure exhaustion. Then, afterwards, the overwhelming peace and tranquility of their morning—followed by Raelle’s usual rush to make it to inspection—didn’t really give either of them time to talk about it.
But it’s not like she can just stop thinking about it. In fact, she keeps fucking up her seed sounds during training because she can’t stop thinking about the noises that Scylla would make. At one point, she’s so distracted by the thought of Scylla riding her that she misses Tally yelling for her attention—the next thing she knows, she’s on her back with a mild concussion, the training statue staring blankly and mockingly at her from the other end of the track.

Summary
Series of One-Shots concerning the misadventures of our favourite characters (mainly focusing on Catradora) set before, during, and after the series. Ratings vary, because these kids, at the very least, deserve to swear. Themes range from tooth rotting romance to mental issues, anxiety, hurt/comfort, healing an more! Each shot is a stand-alone piece, but follows a continuity that is either explicitly stated or hinted at. It follows the "3 years between S1 and S5" line of thought, so if Catra and Adora were 17-18 at the start of the series - and the rest of the cast (sans Frosta, Entrapta and Spinnetossa) around similar ages - everyone is at least in their late teens/early twenties for post-canon shenanigans.

Summary
They stay that way for a long time, Catra’s face tucked into Adora’s shoulder, Adora gently cradling Catra’s head. Adora is careful not to hug Catra too hard or make her feel restrained, anticipating the moment that Catra will start to pull away — but Catra doesn’t. She hangs on so tightly it hurts, her claws digging through Adora’s jacket and into her back, latching into her like she did when she was a kitten and didn’t know how much her claws could hurt. Adora tries not to wince, tries not to move a single muscle, worried that if she does the spell will break and Catra will struggle away, appalled at having shown weakness.
But Catra doesn’t let go. And so neither does Adora.
