“You mean about how you slit my throat? Or the way you act towards me in general?” Tim clarifies, tilting his head a little.
“All of it. I, I wanted to ask if you could maybe forgive me for it. I feel really bad about it, Tim.”
Tim can’t help it. He laughs, loud and cruel. “You feel bad about it, huh?”
Jason looks at him warily and nods, slow and careful.
“You feel bad. Wow. How the fuck do you think I feel about it, Jason?”
Or: basically Tim crashing out at the batfam, with varying results.

Summary
He sniffled and cleared his throat. “That’s why you guys shouldn’t ask me shit when I’m not paying attention. Doesn't bode well for anyone.” He tried for a joke, the wet laugh didn’t do much to quell the heavy atmosphere.
Tim pretended to turn back to the case, hoping time would turn back with him. He looked at the words on the screen, not really seeing them.
He heard movement on the couch behind him, based on the heavy step he figured it was Jason. Preparing to storm off, if he had to guess.
Or, the one in which Dick asks Tim who his favorite Robin was in the company of all five of them. His answer is one they didn’t expect and one Tim didn’t want to say, but alas when they catch him off guard the truth inevitably comes out.
Or OR, the one where Tim is getting emotional over Jaybin and how he made magic real. Then they sit together quietly about it.

Turning to Kon, Bruce gives him a small nod punctuated with a, “Thank you.”
Rather than leaving, Bruce hovers for a moment. The tick of the clock signifies the passage of time, but Bruce isn’t looking at the clock; he’s looking at Tim.

But imagine his surprise when he returns home after a long, tireless day to not only find out that Jason had broken into his apartment, but that he’d dragged along Tim, who was now bleeding out on his bathroom floor.

They sat in silence for a moment. The only sound filling the air was the crinkle of foil wrappers and the occasional crunch of artificial pastry crust being bitten into as they stared blankly at the black TV screen.
Dick broke first. “So. Gonna tell me what brings you here in the middle of the night? Or do I have to guess? Because I have some guesses.”
Tim shrugged. “Go for it.”
Dick gave him a long, sideway glance, chewing slowly like he was seriously weighing his options. “Okay. Let’s see. My first guess is that you pissed off the League. Again. And now there's a hit out on you.”
Tim didn't respond. Kept nibbling his Pop Tart like it was the most interesting thing in the world. Any flicker of emotion would give away too much— and Dick’s way too good at sniffing out lies.
Dick tried again. “You got dumped by Kon.”
Tim raised an eyebrow. “Really?”
“You told me to guess. I’m guessing,” Dick shot back, entirely unapologetic.
Or Tim did something and flees to hide with his brother.

“She will!” Ma defends. “She’s already tried three times! It’s only due to my quick wit that I managed to keep it from her. I had to burn all the remaining copies to stop her! Last year at the Jones’s pot-luck I saw her put a slice in a pot to take home and- would you believe it- Annie told me she was trying to test it to find the ingredients! ‘Not on your nelly’ I told her! I had to steal it back before she could find out.”
Kon just sighs like he has heard all of this before, but Tim is fascinated by the old lady beef. Who knew Margeret from bingo would stoop so low.- Or, slice of life TimKon at the Kent farm in Kansas.

Jason doesn't run the distance to the manor, but it's only out of concern from causing Tim more pain. The kid is mostly limp across Jason's shoulders - which is both good that he's not struggling but also concerning that he's not struggling, considering Jason just broke into his house and kidnapped him. "Hey, Tim, you good?" he asks.
"Hurts," Tim mutters.
"I know it does, baby bird. We're almost home." The word comes out before he thinks about it, and he grits his teeth.
"Who... who are you?" Tim asks.
"Nobody, kid. I'm nobody you need to worry about."
Not anymore, at least.
