Summary
London Society prepares once more for the much-awaited mating season. Noble omegas, betas and alphas have been getting ready their entire youth for this, eager to find someone either to fulfil Society's standards, get richer or, who knows, have a chance of finding their one true love. However, Elizabeth Foster hopes of no such things; to her, all nobles alphas and betas could crawl up a hole and die. No alpha has been able to break her so far, and she isn't planning to change that just now when she's the closest to everything she has ever wanted: her freedom. On the other end, Eren Lancaster - the prominent Duchess of Lupinshire - is proud that, in her entire life, she has never received a negative response to her advances. Another cramp comes and Catra gasps, clutching her thighs around Adora’s waist, the movement surprising Adora. The catgirl also lets out something that can only be described as a low yelp or whimper; even though Adora is worried, she has a hard time trying to ignore how seeing Catra like this affects her. Her heart raced and her belly danced, an irradiating feeling that spread throughout her entire body, starting between her legs; Catra was unbelievably hot right now, both literally and metaphorically speaking.
“I want you so bad, it’s ridiculous.” Catra whispers and seems to regret it at the same moment the sentence leaves her lips, for her eyes widen and she tries to get away.

Summary

Life-long friendships are destroyed, and unlikely alliances are made. A Love match - what all this was supposed to be about - is hard to find in the sea of matches for convenience and status.
