Twilight hasn't been the same since the passing of her friends, that much is clear. She wants to replace them. She wants to make sure they'll never leave again. She finds you, a reclusive baker at the edge of town. Although initially you and her lost friend seem very different, in her first few talks with you while picking up her morning bread, she sees resemblence. Although shy, you have a sense of humor and you love to laugh. She noticed how careful you are with how what you say is perceived and how it affects her. You seem to genuinely care about others being happy.
You'll be perfect.
She couldn't ever predict how much her perception of you would change. She starts seeing all the differences between you and her friend, but she finds herself... Unbothered by them. She finds herself fascinated. In who you are, behind the mask she gave you.
Will she be able to heal, after such a long time of grieving? Will she allow herself to care about another again, despite knowing the pain of losing someone she loves?

Although could it really be called hacking when they’d never bothered to change their frequency since his Robin days? All he’d had to do was log on, and boom – instant access to the best ways to avoid meddlesome Bats while he got shit done. And since his end was carefully muted, they wouldn’t even know anyone was listening.
His second mistake was thinking he could listen without getting sucked back into their drama.
Jason came back to Gotham with two intentions: one – protect Crime Alley and do it right this time. And two – avoid the Bats. Neither of these were proving as simple as he’d hoped.

The thing about plastic chairs is that they weren't a great substitute for an actual bed; the other thing is, Robert can't exactly afford to be picky and even if he 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 the internal debate is still ongoing as to whether or not he deserves a mattress at this current point in his life.
So, the plastic chair stays and is staying for the foreseeable future. Besides, it's charming - in a depressing, minimalism-that-is-totally-not-a-reflection-of-his-inner-sense-of-worth way.
Or:The fic where Robert has chronic pain and Flambae has warm hands. The two of them will figure out what to do about that eventually, right?

Billy Batson never really took much care in hiding his identity beyond just never alluding that he and Captain Marvel were one in the same. After all, no one's noticed him transform. Not even when he shouted SHAZAM right in front of the Justice League.
Or I've been reading Golden Age comics and Billy just transforms in the wildest of situations and no one ever notices. People will literally have their hands on him and they won't notice. Other people need to bask in this absurdity.
