Tells her that if the numbers and the shapes and images in her mind hurt so bad then she should build them, should give them form so that they can finally leave her alone.
Jarvis is the one who finally teaches her how to breathe.
Or
Toni Stark grows up with the tale of Icarus swirling in the back of her mind. Instead of taking it as a precautionary tale about hubris and overreaching she decides it's more about the limitations of wax.
Years later when she builds herself wings of her own she makes sure to build them out of better material.

Summary
The night of the Kyuubi's attack, the Kyuubi "appeared out of nowhere." What happens when a large object suddenly becomes present? The air is shoved aside in a massive pressure wave. Massive pressure wave + infant eardrums = deaf baby. Deaf baby + miscommunication, panic, and exhaustion = no one actually knows who has the baby. Misplaced baby + growing hatred = toddler abandonment. Toddler abandonment + continuing hatred + deafness = confused child who had to make up the rules as they went.
The correlation between the actual rules and the invented rules is loose at best, but when the invented rules end up making more sense than the actual rules and the inventor is charismatic enough to get anyone to listen to him, what chaos ensues?
And once a terrible, immaterial, unfightable foe from Somewhere Else begins to claw out a foothold into their world, how can a strange child and their friends protect themselves and their precious people?
Listening to The Magnus Archives is not necessary to understand this work, but it's a really good horror podcast so I reccomend listening to it for that, if nothing else!

Thrown back into the past to the day of the U.A. Entrance Exam, Midoriya struggles with the knowledge and guilt of his nonexistent future as well as his self-imposed duty as a Hero. As strange, anomalous side effects begin to appear from One for All, Izuku and the motley crew of past Holders start looking for answers. Finding out Shigaraki was his older cousin was weird but ok; his, “absentee,” father in America being All for One with a severe case of amnesia was not.
Because if he was, who or what had been in Tartarus?
As they say, sometimes the little fish you ignore is the most poisonous. All for One, Garaki, HPSC, they were all pawns in someone else's game. Every coin has two sides and the brightest lights cast the darkest shadows. And so, they waited. They watched, hungry to assimilate, to devour. And the Singularity has always been the endgame.

This was too much for Naruto’s feelings. He felt tears spilling down his face again at the look of proper food he knew he can’t eat. He looked down, so hungry it hurt, and tried not to shake with sobs.
“What is it? Eat, please, will you?”
Naruto didn't make a sound, but Sasuke could tell there was something awfully wrong. And the second he wanted to ask, what is it, is he hurt? Is the storm too much? Is he too scared? Is he cold? Does he need anything - some water, probably, that kid must have been thirsty! - but he never got the chance, because Naruto whispered a sad and broken: “I have no money.”

Though he hasn’t killed Aether, he has given him that little death. He almost laughs at the idea of making this excuse to La Signora. ‘Well, I couldn’t kill him – but I did make him cum. Is that so different?’

Shouyou enjoys it too, likes it, revels in the shower of affection Kageyama is giving him. He’s even a little bit smug that he’s the only one who has ever seen this hidden gem within Kageyama’s personality, that beneath the armor he hides himself in, there’s something gentle and soft and affectionate, completely opposite to the superficial sharp edges and glacial intensity. Shouyou likes the exclusivity of it, the knowledge that he’s the sole person who has the privilege to experience this rarity, a piece of Kageyama no one else has partaken before.
