GLaDOS has lived in solitude for all of her existence, until Chell came, and when Chell came, Caroline was remembered. GLaDOS forgot Caroline, she thought she would never be lonely and never love or feel the need for another soul again. Now GLaDOS began to feel a want for another person to talk to, if she was sentient... why couldn't the machines around her be aswell?

A story staring GLaDOS as it's main character. It will not be canon GLaDOS though. If anyone finds any grammatical mistakes, feel free to tell me about them. Also seeing how things are going for now, it will be a slow progression story. Well at least from my point of view. Not quite sure what you guys' standards are.

Summary
Set during the events of Portal 1, Chell wakes up to a robotic female voice over the intercom, her nose wrinkles at the difference of the smell of the Aperture Science Air in comparison to her sleep pod. Surely it's nothing.
She continues to get dizzier and dizzier with every test, it's just a side effect of extended cryo, that's all.
BE AWARE This is a fic in which Chell WILL be slowly becoming more and more sick + delirious as it progresses, it will not be played off for comedy / any sort of lighthearted thing. if that could bother you at ALL please consider skipping.
