Summary
Everywhere she goes, Adora hears Catra’s voice. She sees the outline of her figure at the other end of the hallway, feels the fleeting touch of her tail against the back of her hand, her hot, phantom breath against her neck. She thinks she’s losing it. Catra couldn’t possibly be here in Mystacor. She was far away in the Fright Zone, and well beyond Adora’s reach.
So what’s happening to her?
In her bid to get Adora to return to the Horde, Shadow Weaver pulls out all the stops with her mind games and manipulation. Slowly, Adora’s mental well-being begins to unravel.
Meanwhile, in the Fright Zone, Catra grows weary of being stuck on guard duty while Shadow Weaver conducts her dark rituals.

Summary
In an Etheria far different from the one we know, familiar faces struggle to find answers. Catra seeks to use her power as She Ra to defeat the Horde that abused her and discover the fate of her lost kingdom. Adora, former Horde second-in-command, seeks to avoid capture by both sides long enough to bring justice to those who destroyed her home, cursed her, and left her for dead in the ashes. In the meantime, she protects the people of the Whispering Woods as the Lone Wolf.

Individuals in both find new places betwixt it all. All across the planet relationships settle and discover themselves as they grow.
It's up to everyone to forge their own paths forward. However, none of them are alone, as they rely on support from places both expected and unexpected.

Adora has died and gone to lesbian hell. She always knew it would come to this.
__Adora Gray's life is on track, just the way she likes it – ever steady, no surprises. And then Catra Morgan crashes her birthday party and turns everything upside down by dating her best friend Glimmer and making Adora fall for her.

You’re a shitty friend, and I can’t believe I ever—” she cut herself off quickly, took in a deep breath, and shook her head. “We’re done. I mean that. Don’t talk to me again.”
