Summary
One year after the formation of the Justice League, Batman leaves the JL after his contingency plans nearly kill his allies. He still helps them occasionally, from the shadows. However he spent his time in Gotham expanding his clan to cover the entire Island! 9 years later Gotham is divided into five sections, each run by Batman and one of the four robins, and patrolled by their "harems".
The the bat Clan kids function as a Black ops group in comparison to the more public phase of the Young Justice team.
But things are different, and Maxima will find out how her blood has been used. Eventually the light will use Starro to cause a DC superhero Civil War.

“I’m in a whiskey mood," said Kate, "Got any Saint’s Hills?”
“Sure do,” nodded the waitress.
“Then I’ll take that,” said Kate, “on the rocks.”
“Alright,” nodded the waitress, turning to Kara, “and you?”
“Um…” considered Kara, “...what’s your favorite?”
“I like our new stout,” said the waitress.
“Then I’ll take that,” declared Kara confidently, “on the rocks.”
“You want a stout…” clarified the waitress, “...with ice?”
Kate smiled. Kara blushed. She knew very little about alcohol. She actually couldn’t get drunk, meaning she never had any reason to order drinks and never learned the terminology or social practices. Kate continued to smile as Kara sat frozen, unsure what to say. Then she decided to double down.
“Yes,” she asserted.
“...okay,” said the waitress, “Coming right up.”
Kate smiled wider and shook her head as the waitress left.
“Oh,” said Kara, affecting confidence, “I guess it’s a Metropolis thing.”
“You know you could have said it was a Kryptonian thing,” pointed out Kate quietly, “That might’ve actually been believable.”
“Shoot, you’re right,” realized Kara with a frown.
