That was the first instance and as soon as the hero learned he didn't have a quirk, they told him that it was his fault he got captured because he was too weak, and not to waste another pro heroes' time again. The second time, it was an off duty detective that found him being dragged in an alley by a run-down coffee shop. He didn't tell him about being quirkless, and he actually stayed to make sure Izuku was ok and even gave him his contact card! It was in case the villain wasn't working alone and he got targeted again, but still. His name is Tsukauchi, he said that he was proud of the way Izuku handled the situation, but seemed a little weird when he said "it wasn't my first attempted kidnapping." Anyways, Tsukauchi made sure he got home ok and Izuku hasn't dealt with anything like that since... until now.
