Manning the rides at Wahoo World isn't really enough to feed him and pay his college fund, so he signs up to be a part-time detective instead. (With a little encouragement from a friend of his) He really doesn't know what he's getting into, or who he'll meet.
Leo is a normal Inkling teenager attending Inkblot Art Academy. Grizzco wages are enough to feed him and pay his college fund, so he's often left with a lot of time on his hands, which he spends helping his friend get a job. He even encourages his friend to sign up for an open part-time detective job, zero qualifications required!
