This is a short part of a story I wrote in conjecture with my other work, EoR: Paradise. The two stories are entirely different, only sharing the main original character, Wright, but are wholly different in every aspect. However, Wright in this story still maintains plenty of his character traits that are present in EoR. This is a story that is easy to get into without prior knowledge and is inspired by Tokusatsu shows such as Kamen Rider and GARO, with influence from the Bakumatsu period.
The character art in this story are placeholders, so please mind the inconsistency between text and images.

Junko's life is in disarray as she tries to cope with her bleak life while raising her teen son Bofeng. But once her son gives her his old VR setup, Junko secretly buys this hot new multiplayer VR danmaku game, and she becomes addicted to it. But this ends up causing her to cross paths with her son in-game. This leads to them developing a relationship in-game, Bofeng not knowing the other player is actually his mother, and Junko not knowing the other player is actually her son. This leads to them being thrown into a completely shocking mess.
