Except this isn't a "betrayed" Deku AU like my previous story was, instead this story includes an Abusive version of Inko who begins to abuse the boy she adopted named Izuku Midoriya or Ben Florian after she discovers that he is nothing but a "quirkless" boy who came from a magical kingdom known as Auradon... Inko despises Magic and treats Izuku like crap anytime he mentions anything remotely related to the mystical fairytale kingdom, in which the young prince is destined to rule one day... Also Midoriya got into UA through the recommendations exam much like Todoroki did because Principal Nezu is a very close friend of Princess Belle and Prince Adam (Beast) and can clearly see the potential in Midoriya...

The de Vils are a rather notorious, and somewhat feared, family. The song in the titular work was originally made up, mostly by the neighborhood children, to taunt the de Vils, usually the children. Instead, the de Vils adopted it as "the devil song" and made it their family's song. They sing it to their children, they sing it to each other, they sing it to the neighbors while they're causing chaos.

Chad, unlike Ben, has some sense of self-preservation. So when he sees Mal offering the crown prince of Auradon a cookie, he eats it before Ben gets a chance to, and maybe gets love-potioned in the process. Which is just entirely inconvenient when he’s trying to keep the future king of Auradon in one piece, and also make sure the VKs settle in, you know, not horribly.
It’s a difficult, stupid job, but someone has to do it.

Summary
Their vows were sweet and honest. Mal promised him no grand declarations of love, no abundance of children, but she promised to try to be the best queen Auradon could expect from an Isle child {it wasn't in her vow, but every guest could hear the unspoken words hovering in the church}.
Ben promised her all his love and time as he was able to give, and to try his best to guide her through the customs she hadn't grown up with, and meant every word. He loved Mal as the Sun loved the Moon and all the Stars, and swore he would treasure her beyond any jewel or piece of gold the palace could offer.
