It’s been a long time since the Doctor was last in this place, and she wishes that it could've been longer. She never wanted to see it again.
The Shada.
She grabs her sonic and gets to work on the control panel, making a point of not thinking about what she can't feel from the other side of the pod. Of course there's no mind there, no presence, nothing but empty silence. It's a good thing, too, because it's been years since this particular person was placed within this so-called cabinet. To be aware of it would be... horrible.
She looks... not at all like she's asleep. The Doctor has seen her sleep so many times before, and it’s never looked like this. She looks nothing like Missy.
Following the events of the Doctor Falls, Missy goes to Gallifrey in an effort to survive. There, after healing, she is sent to be held in cryogenic stasis in the Shada. At least until the Doctor finds herself in need of some help.
