Eventually, time goes on and your interest in a certain death eater rises, Snape. Your old Professor. You were in Hogwarts five, six years ago. Now you were fully grown and your past admiration for him grows. Does romance blossom? That's for the author to know and YOU to find out.
Also the Once Upon a Time and Chilling adventures of Sabrina part is only briefly mentioned here and there throughout one of the characters backstories. That's it.

Since Y/N was a toddler, they had always been interested in magic. Whether that be magical creatures, magical spells, or just the entire world of magic itself — they loved it — adored it even. They believed that magic was real, and their mother — despite thinking her kid had gone absolutely mad —supported it. Buying them magical spell books, getting play potion sets, getting them a plastic wand, etc.
However, what their mother didn’t know — was that her child had actually managed to hear about real magical schools (and was actually magical themself). One outside of America, no less! Seems like everyone was just as insane as she thought they were — I mean, actual witchcraft and wizardry? In a school? Isn’t that dangerous?? Regardless, she listened to her child beg, over and over about attending ANY of the schools. It was quite annoying — listening to your child beg about the same thing for several weeks in a row without a break... With a sigh, she finally agreed.
And now, at 11, Y/N Has finally gotten their acceptance letter into Hogwarts after being rejected from Ilvermorny.
