Summary
Athena's been hurt, much more thoroughly than she realized was possible. For the first time in her immortal life, she is fighting against her own body and mind, and she doesn't know how to win.
Odysseus is home. After two more weeks on sea, a fight with 108 suitors and reunited with his family, he’s quietly accepted that even a desperate prayer won’t bring his former mentor to come back. Little does he know, for two weeks, it’s all Athena’s been trying to do.
Or, what if after God Games, Athena doesn’t wake up in the infirmary? What if it’s up to a few mortals to take care of the goddess that just collapsed in their palace, looking like she should very much be dead?

Hera did not agree to having Zeus' daughter, a reminder of his sins and disregard of her feelings, back on Olympus, but the fates have brought the young Athena into the divine halls and into Hera's life.
She vows to be civil but nothing more, after all, the girl has a father, and Hera is not her mother.

Athena was a goddess of wisdom. To most, that meant she knew everything, but wisdom was something you sought and gained. She had long gotten used to how she picked up information, internalised it, and had it forever, and she was happy with that. But not everything can be internalised so easy, sometimes it takes weeks, or months, until she can understand what she had learned. In one case, she never did internalise information. She is sure she will never understand why the love she felt for Pallas was so confusing, and still feels so raw, as though she was simply loving her wrong. But maybe, just maybe, if she talks to Telemachus, and shares her and Pallas' love story in full for the first time, she can finally come to terms with what it all meant.
AKA: Athena is an aroace lesbian that has never gotten the chance to learn how that fact interacted with her relationship with Pallas.
