The city moves forward. So do we.
There's no ceremony. Just coffee. And light. And the sound of someone still here.
I used to be measured by what I could prove.

Summary
Mockingjay never gave us the reckoning Coriolanus Snow deserved — so I wrote one.
In this canon-divergent ending, Katniss, Peeta, Haymitch, and the others finally confront Snow with the full weight of what he’s done.
And when the last face he ever expects reappears — not with vengeance, but truth — the legacy of the Hunger Games crumbles for good.
Snow falls. Panem rises. And this time, it’s truly free.
SPOILER ALERT: There are spoilers for The Hunger Games Trilogy, The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, as well as Sunrise on the Reaping.
**************************************************
AUTHOR'S NOTE:
This is my first-ever fanfic.
And I rewrote a part of the Mockingjay ending because Coriolanus Snow deserved a death that actually hit — not the laughed-himself-to-death ending we got.
After rereading Sunrise on the Reaping, I ended up crying in the tub (10/10 recommend if you want your heart stomped on in HD). I couldn’t stop thinking about all the lives ruined, all the horrors masked as “entertainment” — and how Snow never truly paid the price.
So I gave him the ending I needed to read.
One where the survivors finally get the last word.

Summary
A twist of fate brings two people back together, sparking a connection neither of them expected. Connor, living on Hank's couch, needs to figure out who he is post-liberation. Captain Charlie Allen is living alone in a two-bedroom apartment, living to work and working to live.
They had almost forgotten one another—until they're called to the same hostage situation on a cold, windy January day.

“Connor, DPD junior detective.” Connor’s hand was slender and cool in Charlie's hand as they shook.
Fuck, of course he’s still around.
Connor had talked down an android who had been threatening to jump off a roof with a little girl last August. He was efficient. Calculating. Better than any human negotiator.

Summary
There was a virus spreading throughout Detroit. Exclusively infecting androids, it was nearly undetectable and its method of spreading was as much a mystery as how this virus somehow mutated the robots into feeling physical pain.
Connor wasn't allowed near this case, or risk catching this virus. He disapproved heavily, obviously, this case was killing his kind.
The bot's shoulders sunk deeply in disappointment, and his ventilation systems whirred with a heavy breath out, a distracting flicker of red dancing over his vision. Connor only stiffened a moment. He couldn't let a minor glitch throw him off, after all.

Summary
When Markus teams up with the Detroit Police Department to activate a warehouse full of androids that haven't yet awoken to a post-peaceful revolutionized world, they are shocked to find that each and every android is brutalized.
Except for a prototype RK900 Unit that Markus cannot seem to deviate. And it is dead-set on completing its mission - to hunt down and kill both the deviant leader and all deviants he encounters. Which is bad. Oh, and it only follows Gavin Reed's orders, which is WORSE.
Gavin is convinced his world will end when he gets a Rock-'em Sock-'em Robot as his newest partner but doesn't get the choice to say no - his orders are the only thing keeping it in check. That is - until it hopefully deviates on its own and gets off his back (If that's even possible).
But when a mysterious and unaccounted-for deviant starts toppling the fragile peace that Markus fought for, an emotionless deviant hunter might just be the one thing to maintain the balance between man and machine. That is - if it can get just TWO MINUTES away from his whining partner.
I'll add each Chapter's "Anthems" in the end notes. I own no characters or songs - the belong to their respective copyright owners!

Summary
A strange, almost glitching sound came from above, but he didn’t still his movements until he felt fingers push over his scalp, grabbing onto his hair and yanking his head back.
“Jesus, what the f-”
Reed froze, hand tangled in cables, looking at RK900. A deep blue blush colored his cheeks, moving down over his clavicle and chest. His stoic composure from seconds before was now completely gone, replaced by a wide eyed glare. Even his perfectly quaffed hair had shifted just enough that a few strands now hung in his face. His body seemed to be in some sort of panic mode, giving the effect of heavy breathing.
“I told you to avoid the wires.”

Summary
Detective Kaleb Rockwell is one of the best at the Detroit Police Department—sharp, methodical, and always one step ahead. He’s private, reserved, and seems to know just a little too much. But that’s never been a problem. Not until Connor arrives.
As an advanced prototype assigned to investigate deviant androids, Connor is designed to notice inconsistencies, to analyze patterns, to detect what others overlook. And something about Kaleb doesn’t add up. Nothing obvious. Just small things—habits, reflexes, the way he carries himself. The way he watches Connor like he’s searching for something.
As tensions rise and the city spirals into chaos, the lines between duty, morality, and something deeper begin to blur. Connor is forced to confront questions he was never programmed to ask, and Kaleb is holding onto secrets that refuse to stay buried.
The closer Connor gets to the truth, the more uncertain he becomes about what side he’s really on. And for the first time in his existence, he hesitates.
Because deviancy was never supposed to be personal.
But this time, it is.

You can’t tell me that Connor isn’t the most accident-prone sentient piece of metal to exist. Basically just a little piece about Connor getting hurt on the job as he always does and Hank having to wrestle an android with white-coat syndrome to get healthcare.

Summary
“I can’t go back there.” Connor shakes his head. “To CyberLife,” He says, more resolute than Hank has seen him be about anything.
”Like hell you’re ever going back.” Then, the offer bubbles in Hank’s chest, creeping its way up and out of his mouth before he can really consider the weight of what he’s about to say. “I have plenty of room at my place if you need to stay a while to, uh, find your footing. Get your bearings and all that.” He scratches the back of his neck with the hand that had been on Connor’s shoulder.
”I wouldn’t want to impose.”
”Says the guy who smashed my window open.”
