Summary
Again, Again. Again and Again.
Wei Ying. Cheng Xiaoshi. No matter how many lives, he wanted to save him no matter what.
Lans love once, and it has only extended further each and every time. New names, new identities, new worlds, yet at its core is Wei Ying who cares so deeply for other people at the cost of his own expense. There are always some differences, little things and new sides to him that Lan Zhan is more than happy to explore.
Lan Zhan just wished fate wasn't so cruel as to make him witness his love die over and over again. Yet in his hands lay the key to fix everything, if only he could get it just right.

“Cheng Xiaoshi."
“Oh, now he’s mad,” Xiaoshi mutters to himself.
Lu Guang almost glares at him, but he can never find it in his heart to be genuinely upset with his partner. “I’m starting to think that you have a type that you’re into older men.”
“What?!” Xiaoshi splutters noisily at him, twisting until he’s sat up, rigid in the corner of the opposite end of the couch, gawking in offense at the white-haired man.
Lu Guang gives him a cool look. “You’re the one who keeps bringing it up,” he reminds, as he gets up and heads to the stairs, taking his book with him to finish it in peace.
“Hey! I’m not done talking to you!” Xiaoshi pouts at him. “You can’t hold me in your arms every other night and then pretend that you don’t like me!” he shouts after him. He grits his teeth a little bit as he’s basically ignored, Lu Guang doesn’t say anything, other than emit a quiet scoff as he vanishes up the stairs.

Summary
“Landlady, save me!” Xiaoshi cries loudly, ducking behind her.
Qiao Ling frowns at his antics, usually Cheng Xiaoshi is cowering behind Lu Guang for his partner to save Cheng Xiaoshi from her. “Cheng Xiaoshi…” she trails off when she then sees Lu Guang, flustered and wearing a peeved expression, as he approaches them. “Cheng Xiaoshi, are you teasing Lu Guang again? Only you can actually dig under his skin to make him have such a visceral reaction of rage,” she chides her childhood friend.
Xiaoshi shakes his head at her. “He’s being the bully!”
“Cheng Xiaoshi,” Lu Guang huffs at him. “You need rest.”

Even if Xiaoshi was distant in this timeline, he was still good. Lu Guang didn’t think that would ever change, which wasn’t a bad thing. Lu Guang would just be the bad thing this time around to make sure that Xiaoshi remained good and most importantly: alive.

Summary
Lu Guang was once a prosperous boxing coach who lost his eagerness to succeed after an accident with his star boxer. While teaching at his current job as a laidback boxing instructor, Qiao Ling asks him to go to an illegal fighting ring to see someone.

He doesn’t say it with his words, but it’s in his eyes, in the tone of his voice, the posture of his body. It’s in the way he seems to unconsciously lean towards Cheng Xiaoshi, as if his heart is reaching out for Cheng Xiaoshi even now, when they’re on opposite sides of an issue. He doesn’t say it with his words, but he doesn’t have to, because Cheng Xiaoshi has seen it happen over and over again.

Summary
Lu Guang traveled through countless timelines just to fulfill an unattainable desire – to save Cheng Xiaoshi. Countless, because he can’t remember which attempt is this. He barely remembers anything different than Cheng Xiaoshi smile, voice, smell and laugh. All he knows is the one fact and his own promise – Cheng Xiaoshi is going to die. And Lu Guang must save him.
