He hugged his children and friends often and unapologetically, even though he seldom did so with her. But he never, never flinched away from touch.

He has spent time with all of the residents, and not just his own kids. The kids at the camp have quickly grown to love having him around and absolutely adore him, and they would willingly die for him at this point. This being said, they will smite anyone who dares hurt him or make him cry. Apollo, unfortunately, fails to see this, and deep down thinks they all are just pretending to like him. This thinking, however, ends today, starting with the arrival of a new camper.

    Meg McCaffrey is not ignorant or stupid. So she notices that her best friend, the god Apollo, always mentions his father in two ways: either as his king, or as someone that delivers punishment.
    Needless to say, given what Apollo had been coaching her with (remembering that Nero and the Beast were one in the same), she noticed a few red flags that made one picture. Which was big red flag, saying that someone was hurting her friend.
    And she does not like this big red flag. Not one bit.
