Summary
Taco didn't sign up for Inanimate Insanity to make friends. She signed up to win.
She makes it painfully clear upon her initial arrival to the competition grounds that she sees the other contestants as rivals, and nothing else. She was willing to do anything to win, no matter what it took.
But then Taco (very reluctantly) agrees to form an alliance with one of the most moronic members of her team. And as the competition progresses and things game-related and otherwise get more and more intense and chaotic, Taco comes face-to-face with a multitude of conflicts, both interpersonal and intrapersonal.
[A rewritten version of Inanimate Insanity's first season, mainly told through the point of view of the season's runner-up, Taco.]

After being there for hours, OJ decided to go home, but is met with a disgusting (in his mind) fate on the walk home. But it can't get any worse when he gets to the hotel, right! Right?... WRONG! OJ arrives at the hotel, and is soon to be met with one upset (humanized) piece of paper.

The time machine was beyond repair. It was an unfortunate realization on TestTube’s end. She could re-build it of course, but she’d need time. Luckily she had it, sort of anyways, this place ran on a “schedule” that consisted of whatever Salt and Pepper felt in the moment. Which resulted in inconsistent spaces between what the girls loosely labeled “contests”. For the time being TestTube resigned herself to attempting to blend in, just until her machine was fully rebuilt.
She’d gotten better at predicting the condiments habits after being here for a week, and she predicted the next challenge wouldn’t be for awhile-
Then the challenge bell rang.
