Summary
Years since the battle between Godzilla and Kong, the two have learnt to co-exist peacefully. Goji may huff and puff sometimes about the scar on his thigh, but there was no bad blood. The Titans and the Monsters retreat to Hollow Earth with Godzilla to live a reassuring, peaceful life amongst the subterranean ecosystem with their Kings. Though not always peaceful, as the humans tend to come and go as they please using their Aerial Vehicles to say hello to King Kong. Goji often watches from the distance and notices how Kong and Jia like to communicate unlike any other species. Using their fingers.
Godzilla feels confused by this, amongst a lot of other thoughts and feelings he has for the huge ape. But the way Jia and Kong use their hands to say hello and their goodbyes, Goji doesn't think its a bad idea to learn himself, even with the lack of a finger.
Maybe it would impress the King of Hollow Earth.

A re-write of Mothra and Shimo's meeting in The New Empire.
Because beyond the sight of the King and the Ape Skar had forced her to hurt, rushing through a vortex in a burst of golden light and soaring closer with that incoming charge, was Mothra.
She had forgotten what it felt like to feel something good bloom in her chest. She had forgotten what it felt like to long for the feeling of warmth that wasn't searing, to see light that wasn't blinding, to rush forward into that brightness with no fear of being burnt and no chains holding her back from escaping that scorching cage.
And seeing Mothra flying closer with her wings still gleaming with light brought such a deep feeling of hope, and glee, and relief and a sudden will—that it was bursting out of her as a roar, a call, a plea.

The Golden War was a dark time for the many kingdoms, scrambling for the little power they could get their claws on as many allied with the Golden Princes and aided them in their mission to usurp Gojira, chief of the Allidon, Head Commander of the five armies, and King of the Monsters. The Golden Princes did not succeed in their mission, and in the years since then Gojira has since bonded with his queen, Mothra, and blended their family, which now consists of his two sons — Junior and Minilla — and her only son, Leo.
Despite the vision of a now happy and thriving family and kingdom, the Golden War has left many unhealed wounds in its wake, threatening to rot and rid the king of his newfound solace. Gojira and his family fought hard for their position and their people, but as the dark shadows surrounding their home threaten to overtake the light they so vehemently defend, they must stand tall with their weapons in hand, and prove to world why they should be considered gods among kaiju.

Rewrite of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire
Godzilla had been mourning ever since his queen had died defending him from King Ghidorah. Although he knew she would eventually hatch anew and return to him, it was taking a long while and his heart hurt fiercely.
When he finally heard a distress call, he quickly rushed in to rescue his queen, prepared to lose everything to save her. Though with this old foe, he might need some unlikely help.
