Summary
In the year 1954, humanity discovered they were no longer the masters of the world when Godzilla rose from the depths, awakened by the Hydrogen Bomb, kick-starting the Age of the Monsters.
Following a devastating attack by Godzilla on San Francisco, a new weapon was made to help humanity stand on equal ground with the Kaiju, the Jaeger Program.
It is now eighty years after Godzilla's first devastating attack, it is clear that the Jaegers, while holding the ground against Kaiju attacks, have only proven to be a defense, not a solution. That all changes when a dangerous new threat endangers humans and Kaiju alike prompting an alliance between humanity and Godzilla. In the center, is a young woman who may have a stronger connection to Godzilla than she believes.

The history, lore and layout for an AU I was unable to write a full story for.
In this setting, the World of Ice and Fire is inhabited by great monsters called "Titans" or "Kaiju". Once living alongside mankind, seen by many as gods, the titans have faded into history and myth. The chief among them being the mythological sea dragon - Gojira/Godzilla.
For this timeline, we follow the history and folklore of Westeros and Beyond as titans awaken time and again. From the Empire of the Dawn to the Long Night; from the Doom of Valyria, to the Dance of the Dragons; from the War of the Five Kings to the Battle for the Dawn; the history/fate of the known world is shaped with each emergence of the Titans - of this world and beyond.

The world is on fire. It has been for many many years... but the fire never burns out. It only grows stronger as the fuel is dumped into the flames. Humanity has grown far more technologically advanced as A.I. and android robots become a normal part of human culture. But what weighs on every person's mind is how long until they are set back? How long before the past comes back to destroy them? How long before nature swallows mankind whole... Kaiju attacks have become more and more common as human activity awakens them and forces them to the surface of the planet. Like worms rising from the dirt during rain, the Kaiju continue to appear on the surface and attack cities in an attempt to fight the infection that is attacking their planet. This planet was never ours... ancient species owned this planet long before mankind, and if we keep our heads buried in the sand they will take it back.
The war for Earth has only begun.
