Or; meeting the 'rents was an awkward enough concept but especially so when you were accompanied by a woman who you are very much not romantically involved with, her daughter who sees you like an uncle, and a bout of amnesia on top of all of that.
In short, this was not the homecoming that Ingo thought he was going to get.

Not their current game of opposites-- they’d been completely identical, to the extent that even he didn’t know who was who in some pictures.
That was to say, their past selves shared the same wide smiles.
