He really does talk funky. It feels a bit like he fell here from another time in history. Ah, well, if he can clean all the laundry... and he even mentioned cooking. Vox could probably get used to this. They’d just be roommates, not friends. They’ll never have to see each other, at least not much. So, this... Alastor can be as funky as he wants.
“All cool. Next week, then? I’m looking forward to it.”
Alastor smiles wide, showing off his row of teeth.
Something about the smile is a little unsettling.
But Vox is sure he’s just imagining things.

Rating and warnings for Chapter 13, the rest being far more mild. Some slight amendments to the 2011 FanFiction version, nothing major.
Once again, I apologise to the fandom for reading a comedy and writing a tragedy.

Summary
Aziraphale's life as a human has not always been easy. Growing up was difficult. Going to school was difficult. So was getting a job and dealing with parents. But hardest of all were the times he spent separated from Anthony--Crowley's unknowing human form.
That will no longer be a problem. He and Anthony have finally moved in together and there are plans for a wedding on the horizon. It should all be easier now, but knitting their lives together comes with its own slew of difficulties.
There will be new jobs, new family members, a new apartment and an old flat. There will also, of course, be a wedding. That will bring its own share of new developments, but the greatest changes in a human life are rarely the ones that anyone can prepare for--especially when one isn't, actually, human.

Summary
When Crowley is given the chance at a human life (birth to death, family, Free Will, the whole thing) he takes it. He does this, in part, to protect Aziraphale from being forced to take the same opportunity against his will.
However, once Crowley is off on this metaphysical adventure, Aziraphale follows after him, retaining his memories but becoming human himself so that he can watch over his friend.
Now the two of them are growing up together, one ignorant of their true forms and one all too aware of the strangeness of their situation.
Before it's over, the series will follow the two of them through childhood and into adulthood, eventually becoming romantic.

Aziraphale wanted to ask him, why millennia of the way things were, and now this?But while Crowley seemed to have little issue upending every unspoken rule they’d ever written for themselves, Aziraphale was not so flexible, and they had spent thousands of years never quite addressing whatever it was this had stemmed from. Words, Aziraphale had always felt, were for bickering about where to eat for lunch, or hashing out ontological debates, or other trivial nonsense; there was no need to trifle with the imprecision of language, with phrasing and the possibility of being misconstrued, when it came to important matters if the other person simply understood, without needing it said. Six thousand years ago, when Aziraphale had met Crowley on the wall of Eden, watching the first two humans set out to begin the rest of history, something deep within him, more central even than his Grace, had thought, oh, it’s you, and that had been enough for him--for both of them, he assumed--for three millennia.
However much he wanted to ask, he didn’t know how. The words simply weren’t there.
