“Can I see?” Delta looked at him. A genuine curious look was in his eyes. A pang of guilt filled Gamma’s heart at the sight.
“No!” Gamma sighed. “No.. its… It's a surprise.” He explained. Delta's brow burrowed in confusion before he nodded slowly. “Okay… say goodnight to me later okay?”
Gamma nodded. “I promise.” He left the table quietly, giving small excuses as he departed.
It felt wrong to lie to Delta. He almost never did. But this time he had too. Delta would be free soon, and wouldn't care about a pesky goodnight anyways.
He shut the door to the dining room gently behind him and walked to his room. The world felt like it was closing in around him as he unlocked his drawer. He took out the letters and set them on his bed before picking up the gun.

Summary
49-year-old Zandik gifts Feofan his own 35-year-old segment on his 36th birthday. Feofan's reaction is unanticipated. Crimes are committed against a cute little Feofan clone. Or: what happens when one who lacks empathy mingles with another who possesses too much of it, but compartmentalizes it to oblivion? How does it affect their ability to be cruel?
It’s all Pantorre with no mentioned Dottolone (although Feofan does fuck himself). You could conceivably read each chapter separately if you wanted to:
1. The Bear — mostly emotional/character exploration with Feofan and how he might feel about a clone, and how Zandik’s own views conflict with Feofan’s.
2. The God — Zandik feels powerful creating a clone of his lover. Feofan plays along with this and starts to destroy the clone like ritual sacrifice.
3. The Dragon — Feofan is angry with Zandik. He makes Zandik tear it open and cannibalism happens.Written as a giant collection of kink/goretober prompts, a tribute to atrocity and debauchment.

Summary
Feofan, Il Dottore's most trusted and devoted subordinate, finds himself growing not just fond of his commander, but borderline possessive. Not that he would admit he was envious any time a stranger would linger a bit too long around Dottore, speak too sweetly to him, or...Archons forbid, press a gentle kiss to his knuckles in greeting. No, that didn't bother him whatsoever. Nope!
Things, however, slowly begin to go wrong for Feofan when an investor approaches the second harbinger late one night at a banquet and begins to weed his way into the Doctor's life.

Summary
“Love” was far too affectionate of a word to be used to describe Feofan’s desire for his Doctor.
He did not believe he could ever be someone worthy of such a wonderful feeling, nor did his heart have the capacity to harbor it. His attachment to Zandik was too intense to be anything but a deranged obsession of a man who had never experienced care from another—a professional relationship shared between a Doctor and his Patient.
Nevertheless, Feofan couldn’t help the excitement after every injury he’d sustain in the Mafia, knowing he was due for another operation. He longed for the feeling of Zandik’s hands tending to his body, opening him up to feel his insides—each organ blessed with his touch. He always felt bare underneath that intelligent gaze, loved by the hands of his Doctor nursing him.

Summary
Dottore fit perfectly within his embrace. The way the other man instinctively wrapped his arms around Pantalone’s shoulders—it felt perfect.
It would have been even more perfect if his nose had not caught the trace of an unfamiliar scent lingering on Dottore’s clothes. There was a scent there that definitely did not belong to Dottore. Pantalone would know, because every cologne and perfume Dottore owned had been chosen or gifted by him, and this was definitely not one of them.
“Ugh. You reek of them. I don’t like it,” Pantalone grumbled into the fabric against his face, pressing his nose further into the silk.
“Fufu— jealousy is unbecoming of you, Feofan.”

The Second Harbinger pulled his head back up, staring at him. The question made him suspicious, Pantalone tried to guess.
"Your face tells me you've been dying to ask."
"Are you such a good judge of character, Commander?"
"I know that you're an alpha and that is enough." The Doctor scoffed, annoyance flaring on his face.
To be fair, Feofan warned him.

It was evident that Pantalone had a special way of treating Dottore. A noticeably caring one. He spoiled 8, allowed 25 to do as many examinations of his body as he pleased, listened to 35’s plans and melodies, went on walks with 45 after morning meetings, pondered in silence next to 65 during moonless nights, and put out his cigarette whenever 85 was around.
As for 18…
“I thought you were quite content with the knowledge I offered you, merely two steps away from your door so that you wouldn’t have to go back to the akademiya. Should I take it down instead?”
Witty remarks, sarcasm, mockery, threats.
(Or... 18 pathetically falling in love with Pantalone. Including the denial of said love and jealousy towards the other segments, who kept laughing at him.)

Dottore says nothing. Pantalone takes a drag of his cigarette and continues.
"One of your subordinates came in looking for something. He reeked of antiseptic. I had to send him away."
Because he smelled like antiseptic?
"Because he smelled like you."
Alternatively: The funeral proceedings of a man who dared to fly too close to the sun. Forsaken by all, survived by one.
