Summary
A clash of opposing plans causes Batman to accidentally be doused with a hybrid of not-quite-Fear Toxin and Ivy's pheromones. In order to cope with the opposing influences, his brain convinces him that the four Rogues who were keyed to them - Scarecrow, Ivy, Harley Quinn, and Riddler - have been deaged into children. Obviously he'll have to bring them home and look after them until an antidote is made.
Meanwhile, by order of the Batkids in order to NOT break Batman's mind, said Rogues are forced to play along.

Summary
Harley takes a deep breath, preparing to tell Ivy everything.
Instead, she starts crying. The ugly kind of crying, with snot running everywhere and her face getting all blotchy and red like her old makeup when she didn’t bother to take it off. Ivy retrieves a box of tissues and hands one over, looking bewildered, and Harley blows into it with a clown-nose honk. It would be funny if everything wasn’t so awful.
“I’m a terrible person, Pam!” she wails.
“If this is about the things the Joker made you do, you’re not responsible for all of that,” Ivy says firmly.
But Harley shakes her head. “It’s not! It’s what I did! I- I hurt the baby Robin, and then I left him all alone in the dark because it was the only way I could get out and he’s been down there forever and he might even be dead and if he is dead then it’s all my fault!”
“…okay,” Ivy says, sounding very confused and very concerned. “Harley, if you mean the baby bird in the yard, it’s okay. You didn’t hurt it, and it’s not dead.”
Harley shakes her head. “Not that robin! Robin robin!”
“What robin?” Ivy asks helplessly.
“Batman’s Robin!”

“Come on guys, can’t we just all get along and enjoy Harley and Ivy’s tea party?” Dick weakly interjected.“Indeed, this is utterly disrespectful behavior,” Damian sniffed, drawing a katana from who knows where. “If you do not stop disrupting Aunt Harley and Aunt Ivy’s tea party, I shall take matters into my own hands and ensure that you stop being disruptions.”

Technically, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy were criminals wanted by the Gotham Police Department. Not so technically, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy were super fun to hang out with, and dammit, Dick Grayson was going to their tea party if it was the last thing he did.

Summary
After being kicked out by the Joker, Harley finds herself teaming up with the ecoterrorist Poison Ivy. The two begin to ruffle feathers as the new proclaimed "Queens of Crime" and find themselves at odds with what seems like half of Gotham. Making some unlikely allies the two have to deal with the Joker, Two-Face, Batman, and most importantly, their feelings.
While this story is mostly centered around Harley and Ivy, it is third-person limited omniscient and therefore as the story fans out it follows other characters such as Red Hood, Batman, and the Joker. Yes, I did post this on Wattpad as well, sue me.
