Summary
Aris is uncommon for an Elf. Her curious friendship with the Dwarves ostracizes her from her blood kin, and her very nature sets her apart from the Dwarves she surrounds herself with.
Caught between two worlds due to a peculiar upbringing, the she-Elf finds herself swept up in the Fellowship of the Ring, an eclectic mix of the races of Middle Earth. When Murdoc kidnaps a BAU agent from under the noses of the FBI, seemingly at random, Mac is forced to reveal the secret he's kept from his friends all these years - he has a sister. One he hasn't seen since the day before his - their - tenth birthday. And now, his most dangerous enemy has her.

Not being able to see, no eyes, no mouth, no face. Living for hundreds of years longer than any human. Walking freely around the alien planet you've been living on. Speaking with other Eridians properly. Teaching your students more effectively. Being able to touch other living things…
Grace's breath hitches at that thought.
