Chopper hated seeing his crewmates sick or in pain, but it was his job to be the ship's doctor. So he healed them when needed and worried quietly while he did. Though some worried him more than others, like their steadfast swordsman who was the first to shield them and the last to seek his aid.
All doctors learned a lesson early on: pain was a sign something was wrong. It should never be ignored.

There’s a scrambling sound as Zoro gets up. “I don’t need advice from a waiter.”
“Sort of sounds like you do, mate,” says Sanji. “Most of us master walking by the age of two or so but you seem to be having trouble.”
The strawhats are on a treasure hunt, which would be fine if Sanji wasn't incredibly hungover. The only bright spot is that Zoro's hangover is even worse.
Except in his case it turns out not to be a hangover...
