With monsters freed from the Underground and Geno rescued from his imprisonment in the Save Screen, it should have been everyone’s happy ending. However, Geno's been having some noticeable trouble adjusting to life on the Surface. It’s almost like he’s waiting for something… or someone.
Thankfully, an “old friend” seems to have reintroduced themselves back into Geno’s life - and for the better!

Summary
Blue works out that Dream's aura, being pressed against his soul so hard and so often, is very bad for his health. So he goes to the only place Dream can't follow with his good intentions - Nightmare's castle. Never to miss an opportunity to torment his brother, Nightmare accepts Blue into the gang, taking on the massive project of making the multiverse's most positive mortal negative.

Summary
Error had spent a long time doing the same thing repeatedly. First, it was watching others that he loved go through the same pain while not being able to help. Now, it was to continuously fix all of Ink's mistakes regarding which worlds are fit to continue to exist.
However, all that changes when he happens upon Cross's world fresh out of its destruction, throwing a monkey wrench into how he had gone through life up to this point. With Nightmare's help, Cross is shaking up Error's life, but Error doesn't actually mind it as much as he thought he would.
Will Nightmare, through Cross, finally be able to convince Error that he, too, deserves a happy life and home? Is there something more behind Error's feelings for Cross? What is now waiting for them with all the new changes and opportunities? Follow them all as they answer all of those questions and more.

Slight horrordust at the start.
Dust hates himself and everything around him. Frequently indulging in self harm and other unhealthy coping mechanisms. He’s quiet and short tempered, especially around killer.
Killer is childish goofy and annoying, completely and utterly obsessed with dust, in love would die for him. dust hates it but killer is also the only person who can help him with his mental state.
Dust on the sidelines is casually hooking up with horror, which is heartbreaking to killer, but he still continue to be there for dust and help, no matter how awful dust treats him.
Honestly super embarrassed and scared to post this, ain’t written an undertale story in years so please no hate 😭😭 probably won’t be updating any other stories for a while.

Wind blew gently in the abandoned place. Well, he supposed it was abandoned. He hadn’t heard any voices nor footsteps for a very long time. Only the rare flickers of dead leaves and the cracks of broken wood replaced the never ending silence. It has been a while since he had seen the hill, so he wasn’t sure if his idea of the place was correct. Though he could feel the dry, withering grass on the ground.
How long had he been imprisoned there ? He remembered the flowers that once grew where now death had found a home. But in this jail, he was unable to discern time or.. Anything at all. He was barely aware of the fainted moonlight that brushed over his stature. His thoughts were mere shells of whispers. He felt completely numb to everything all at once, as if he were made of stone.
Until he wasn’t anymore.

Summary
Life had been... good...? Dust hesitated to call it that, because whenever something was good, it'd inevitably go terribly, awfully bad.
And it did. Horror had gone missing one day, without a word and without a trace, leaving Dust all alone.
Until, of course, he found him in a random AU, content and... living his best life. He felt indignant, abandoned for another version of them that wore a fucking sunhat, for crying out loud! So he did the most logical thing he could; pretended to be a Sans from a Fellswap AU so he could be with his lover again, if only for a little while. -

Nightmare had been alone in his head for the longest time. For 500 years he was able to gain more power, a castle, a gang, and a reputation of one of the most dangerous beings in the multiverse. But when Dream had broken out of stone, someone else made themselves known, someone who should have been dead.

Corrupted Nightmare is a parasite, and Passive Nightmare refuses to die. He does not appreciate the identity theft.

in honor of the occasion, i've written a fic where i DON'T put him through five different wringers at once. generous, i know. this is also proof that i DO know how to write overall fluffy fics. the uh... the single example. whatever!my silly self completely forgot to mention!!! this fic only exists because i was inspired by an amazing immaculate beautiful piece of artwork by yeloenk (formerly inkblottzz) over on instagram! the piece in question is his day 3 entry for inktobertale, and it holds a place in my heart because again i CANNOT understate how wonderful it is. this is an objective fact i don't make the rules :3

Summary
Following an attack that revealed an elaborate plot to end his life and left him severely injured, Cross is forced to not only stop being Nightmare's bodyguard, but accept a bodyguard of his own. Nightmare insists that he'll need the protection while he lays low and waits for the situation to get resolved, but Cross isn't so sure. Even though he's decided to put up with it for Nightmare's sake, he is not happy about it.
The only thing that could possibly make this worse was if, by some insane turn of fate, his new bodyguard just so happened to be his soulmate.

Summary
Nightmare (passive) Guardian of Negativity would say he was a patient skeleton. He did his best to extend kindness and uphold the golden rule. That being said he kept soft but ready and rickrolling people in his brain was pretty rude. In this moment he was just trying to have a sweet moment at last with his brother after so long of them being apart. Also whether or not he would admit it he wished to slightly mourn the strawberries he knew he wasn’t getting.
BUT INSTEAD he, Nightmare (passive) Guardian of Negativity was brought to sit criss cross applesauce across from his brother and four other skeletons who he didn’t know.
(AKA, Dream, Cross and the Bad Sanses are given the opportunity to enter Nightmare’s subconscious in a last ditch effort for Dream to save his brother but of course nothing is that easy and what do you do when you’re in the mindscape of a silly little guy trapped under corruption?)
