Summary
Everyone on Unstable knew that the dragon egg was missing. When people first beat the Ender Dragon, someone took the egg and no one saw it ever again. People just assumed it had been destroyed. The leading theory was that whoever got it stashed it in their ender chest and died, completely voiding it and removing it from the server. This couldn't be further from the truth.
Or, Wemmbu is the only son of the Ender Dragon. This changes everything and nothing.
(Absolutely no ships and very vague descriptions of injuries in order to respect Wemmbu’s boundaries!!)(I add tags as I go so most of the tags aren't there yet)

Summary
After what felt like forever, Wemmbu reached into his pocket and pulled out a slightly crumpled pack of cigarettes. His fingers were scraped badly enough that getting one out took two attempts. He slipped it between his lips before glancing sideways at Egg.
“...Light it.”
Egg quietly fished a lighter out of his own pocket. His hands shook enough that the first flick missed, but the second caught, a small flame dancing in the afternoon breeze. Wemmbu leaned forward, lit the cigarette, and took a slow drag before exhaling a thin stream of smoke into the air.
Only then did he really look at Egg.
His face had gone pale.
His hands still hadn't stopped trembling.
His eyes were glossy, like he was doing everything he could not to cry.
“...Sorry,” Egg mumbled, barely loud enough to hear.
Wemmbu let the smoke drift from his mouth before answering without looking at him.
"Shut up."
Egg swallowed hard and lowered his gaze to the pavement.
"...Okay."

He refused to stare into the blackness of the extended hallway next to him, afraid as though a pair of yellow eyes would be staring back. The glimpse of Parrot's scratched and scuffed back made his stomach twist. How could he do that to his best friend? The one who he promised to protect? The one that proved that he was more than a bloodthirsty monster? How did he not even realize he was doing it? Theo examined his fingers, small pieces of torn skin settled in his nail, dried smudges of blood stuck to his fingertips. He grimaced, burrowing his face deep in his palms.

Summary
In that moment Wemmbu feels truly alone. He wonders again what that genuine warmth is like, what it feels like to be held by someone just like you, someone who could understand you in a way that no one else could. He wonders if he ever had someone like that, a mother or a father, a person who was a half of him, who could understand his turmoil and struggles, or if, just like his memories, he just.. began existing. Began existing with nobody there waiting for him, no one to celebrate his arrival.
The sun wasn't the only cruel thing, Wemmbu decided. Life was also cruel, equally as unforgiving, and he wonders why he began to live in the first place.

Wemmbu becomes the adopted younger brother of Manepear and Flamefrags, fluff and angst happens.

Parrot, ever the hero, learns of Spoke's misdeeds and does his best to help Spoke, albeit through unconventional methods, such as BAT. He knows a thing or two about losing a best friend.
