Katsuki's first instinct was to reach for the Pros.
He knew the right thing to do was to call the pros, let the Heroes handle everything, and pretend he didn't see anything. He had already out his phone, just a quick call to Aizawa-sensei and everything would have been ok. No worries. No problems.
Even so...
Katsuki ruffled his hair ferociously, cursing under his breath.
“What a fucking mess…”
He really should have let the Heroes take care of it.***
Or Katsuki finds a stray villain who may or may not be his long-lost childhood friend who disappeared two years prior.
He decided that taking care of it himself was smarter than letting the pros handle it.
