Everything about Dream.
For all intents and purposes, Tommy was helpless.

Exile is miserable and so is Tommy. There is little good to be found in his situation, if there is any at all.
Ghostbur, of course, wants to help his little brother so he won't have to feel sad. And it works a treat!
It works maybe a little too well.
