When he was awake, he built ducks with a manic kind of glee, his love for creation showing through and through. When he slept, it wasn’t truly by choice, but rather by his body's incessant need to shut down, leaving him floating in the dark for a couple of hours.
Wash, rinse, repeat. Anything to not sleep in that large empty bed by himself and suffer.
Everything felt alright again.
Until the day Charlie called him and invited him back into her life.

People often assumed that Natsumi was the greedier of the two of them. She ate a lot, much more than any women that Gray knew prior to her and she ate like something akin to a starving animal. If her hands got ahold of it and she was eating, the food was devoured before it was even fully out of her hand and into her mouth.
So, yes, people often assumed his petite girlfriend was greedier than he was, but what they didn’t know was behind closed doors Gray was the insatiable one.
Though it wasn’t in the same sense as her insatiable attitude.
