Hood had even joined them on some of the rougher missions where the extra muscle was appreciated. But the young crime lord still refused to let them help him on his own missions, and still left shattered bones and maimed bodies in his wake. The Red Hood was a wild card at best. At worst, he was downright deadly."
In the middle of what was supposed to be a simple mission, Red Hood is badly injured, and Dick is suddenly reminded that under that red helmet is his younger brother, in need of a family. It just might take a while to convince Jason of that fact.

There are rumors of operations, of surgeries and drugs, but they’re quickly discredited.
No, if there’s anything they know for certain about the Bats it’s that every last one of those masked faces is human, and all the more terrifying for it.
