When Maddie Fenton followed Phantom to sneak into Vlad's lab, she wasn't sure what she'd expected. A shrine, a wall of papers held together with red strings, locks of her hair?
What she found was worse- evidence of human experimentation. It's a conversation she overhears between Phantom and Vlad himself that tips her onto her answer. It was so obvious.
Phantom was Vlad's son, and he murdered his boy in cold blood.

Summary
Saiki Kusuo was born a psychic. However, his powers didn't show up all at once. First, it was telepathy. Then he gained levitation, teleportation, etc, etc. As he grew up, he gained even more powers. Some he deemed useless, like making coffee bitter, and others he recognized as more powerful, like mind control. His powers grew daily; at this point, it wasn't surprising to discover new powers seemingly out of nowhere.
But this power, well, Saiki just had to ask if this was too powerful?
TL;DR: Saiki discovers he's immortal, and decides to change the course of human history forever (by giving people quirks).

Summary
There are three things you need to know about Kusuo Saiki. Hes got way too many powers, way too many problems, and HATES bugs. Which is how he spooked himself and got accidently teleported to the My Hero Acedemia Universe.
Here he has just as many problems, which include a little talking rat, an over energetic idiot, and a sleep deprived guy who needs a haircut and also hates him. Will he make it back to his own universe or be stuck in this one, only time (and my ability to consistently write) will tell.

As young adults, they run into him in Gotham, of all places. It's a stroke of luck that brings their best friend back to them.

He falls on the cold obsidian floor, his body landing like a thrown away ragdoll, sadly laying on the ground, abandoned. He can’t keep his eyes open, everything is blurry, the ringing in his ears won’t stop, and the pain won’t go away.
The last thing he sees before everything goes dark is Dream’s right eye, wide and filled with psychotic joy. The one thing visible behind Dream’s broken mask. He can imagine Dream smiling behind it.
So this is what it’s like to die, Tommy thinks before he can think no longer.

And now as a ghost, nobody can see or hear him at all, which leaves Schlatt wandering around this ‘Gotham’ alone. At least, until a certain meta-human vigilante comes across him.
OR
Schlatt sort of disappeared after the whole dead thing in the Dream SMP, unlike Wilbur, who stayed and became a ghost. So I said screw it and sent the guy to DC.
